The Only Thing More Raw Than These Dishes is Gordon's Rage | Hell's Kitchen USA

Hell’s Kitchen Season 13 Opening Night Kitchen Chaos, Season 13 Episode 1 “18 Chefs Compete,” originally aired September 10, 2014. Opening night starts with Gordon Ramsay asking the maître d’ if he’s suffering from jet lag, since the first tickets are late, and it only gets worse from there. In the blue kitchen, an under-seasoned risotto goes out, a chef turns down a teammate’s help, and the fish station keeps falling behind. Actors Greg Grunberg and Scott Grimes, director Paul Feig and Bob Guiney watch from the dining room as Ramsay’s patience runs out over a plate of raw halibut. Watch the full chaos and see how fast a first service can fall apart.
