Description

Autumn is already here. Winter is coming. I have one goal — build a stone shelter before the cold arrives, using nothing but what the forest gives me. No bought materials, no second chances. The clock starts the moment the first leaf falls. I sourced every stone from the ground around the site and laid the walls by hand, course by course, racing the temperature drop that gets closer with every week. Timber from the forest went into the roof, the door frame, and everything structural that stone alone couldn't handle. Inside I built the most comfortable setup the space allowed — a sleeping platform, a stove, insulation worked into every gap — because surviving a forest winter isn't about enduring the cold, it's about building well enough that you don't have to. One man. Natural materials only. A stone house finished before the first snow. For business inquiries and collaborations: [email protected]
