Crispy BBQ Chicken & Golden Potato Cake Sandwich

Crispy BBQ Chicken & Golden Potato Cake Sandwich In today's episode, we make the ultimate campfire sandwich using crispy, golden potato cakes instead of regular buns. We started by frying seasoned chicken breast over the open fire in our HexClad hybrid pan, chopping it up, and tossing it straight into a rich, simmering homemade barbecue sauce before stacking it high with melted cheese and a sunny-side-up fried egg. From achieving a perfect golden crust on the chicken and crisping up the potato cakes to simmering the sticky BBQ sauce and frying the egg with zero sticking, the HexClad hybrid cookware handled every stage of open-flame cooking effortlessly.
