I Listened to Every Christopher Nolan Soundtrack to Find the Best Song

I spent way too long with headphones on trying to find the single best musical moment across Christopher Nolan's filmography, and this video is the result. I picked one song from each film and made the case for why it works, then let the films argue with each other until only one moment was left standing. This video essay is about what happens when a composer understands a film so completely that the music stops supporting the story and starts becoming part of how you remember it. #christophernolan #interstellar #theodyssey #inception #hanszimmer #ludwiggoransson #darkknight #tenet #dunkirk #batman #oppenheimer
