NEVER Make Burgers the Same Way Again! — Put MUSTARD on Them Before You Grill

https://www.youtube.com/@LeonCarterr?sub_confirmation=1 Most people put mustard on their burger after it comes off the grill. But there’s another way to use it — put a thin layer of yellow mustard directly on the patty before you flip it, then let that mustard cook against the hot griddle. In this video, I’ll show you exactly how I make a mustard-fried burger, why the timing matters, how much mustard to use, and what changes when the mustard actually cooks with the beef instead of being added at the end. We’ll even compare the two methods side by side so you can decide which one belongs at your next cookout. Sometimes it isn’t a new ingredient that changes your food. It’s knowing when to use the ingredient you already have. If you grew up around good burgers, cookouts, Southern food, and old-school kitchen tricks, subscribe.
