Description

March 1969 was a surprisingly packed month for album releases, with a wide range of artists putting out some of the most interesting and overlooked records of the era. In this video, I take a look at a selection of albums released that month — from well-known classics to lesser-known gems — including records by The Velvet Underground, Genesis, Spooky Tooth, Free, Dusty Springfield, The Guess Who, Family, Quicksilver Messenger Service, The Rascals, and more. Some of these albums are widely celebrated, others have been largely forgotten over time, but all of them offer something worth revisiting.
