Description

📗 Save $2,000 A Year On Whiskey With My Distiller Methods: https://wadecooperdistiller.com A friend of mine paid 47 dollars and 99 cents for one bottle of Russell's Reserve 10 Year last Saturday, and he called me from the parking lot like a man who had finally done something right. Forty feet away, down near the floor, the 1.75 liter jug of Wild Turkey 101 was sitting there for 33 dollars and 99 cents. Same distillery. Same recipe. Same yeast. I spent 34 years in the industry, and for a lot of those years I hit a proof spec to a tenth of a point. Every bottle on that shelf had water added at the end, to a number somebody picked in an office, and the water rides along at the same price as the bourbon. In this video I count down ten ways to stop paying for it: the two phrases on a label that mean nobody added water, the one formula you need at the kitchen table, the empty bottle in your recycling bin, the cloud that is not a problem, who charges you for the water, the store's price calendar, and how to keep the air out once it is open. Number one is a single number you run in the aisle before you buy any bottle again. It saved me 430 dollars and 70 cents last year. None of it needs a gadget, a kit or a word of tasting talk. It needs a measuring cup. Nobody paid me to make this video. Your homework: find the bottle you always buy, find a stronger one from the same distillery, run the number on both, and cut the strong one at home until it matches. Then tell me in the comments what state you are in and what the 1.75 liter jug of Wild Turkey 101 costs at your store this week.
