Krieg Field Manual 2: Artillery Doctrine | Krieg Drinking Song | Warhammer 40K Inspired Music

Krieg Field Manual 2: Artillery Doctrine is a cheerful Warhammer 40K work song about the Death Korps of Krieg, Imperial Guard siege warfare, and four artillery crews who believe every battlefield problem can be solved by calculating the range and choosing a sufficiently large gun. The shovel was lesson one. Now we require artillery. THE FOUR LESSONS EARTHSHAKER CANNON The enemy is too far away? Walking would take all day. Send the shells instead. MEDUSA SIEGE GUN Ten years to build a fortress. Give us a morning. HEAVY MORTAR The enemy is hiding behind cover? Fortunately, indirect fire exists. THUDD GUN / HEAVY QUAD LAUNCHER Four barrels. A steady rhythm. A very persuasive argument for keeping your head down. With bouncing tuba, deep timpani, marching drums, massive artillery impacts and a cheerful Krieg gun-crew chorus, Artillery Doctrine turns siege warfare into a repetitive military work song: Measure. Load. Fire. Repeat. The Death Korps of Krieg may belong to the grim darkness of Warhammer 40,000, but the fascination with enormous guns is much older. From the siege artillery and trench warfare of the First World War to famous weapons such as Germany's 42 cm “Big Bertha” siege mortars and the massive 38 cm Lange Max long-range gun, artillery history is full of machines built around the same brutal principle: If the fortification is still standing, use a bigger gun. Artillery Doctrine takes that old military obsession with range, crews, ammunition, fortifications and enormous machinery and pushes it into the 41st Millennium. For fans of Death Korps of Krieg lore, Imperial Guard and Astra Militarum, Warhammer 40K siege warfare, First World War artillery, trench warfare, military history, heavy guns, siege guns, artillery crews and military marching or work songs. Also suitable for painting Krieg miniatures, building artillery batteries, model making, terrain building, tabletop gaming, warehouse work, repetitive jobs, workouts, walking and getting through another productive shift in the Emperor's service. Mark one-oh-one. Load the barrel. Krieg objects? No trouble. Let the big ones sing. Which crew are you joining? Earthshaker. Medusa. Heavy Mortar. Thudd Gun.
