Orktober – Gofftoberfest | Bavarian Polka Drinking Song | Warhammer 40K Inspired Music

The Goffs have arrived at Oktoberfest. This was probably inevitable. Gofftoberfest is a loud, ridiculous Bavarian polka drinking song about the biggest, meanest and most magnificently self-confident Orks in Warhammer 40K discovering beer-hall music, accordion, tuba, yodeling and the important cultural principle that everything improves when you stomp harder. Welcome to ORKTOBERFEST. Big tables. Big mugs. Big boots. Very big Orks. The Visigoths sacked Rome. The Ostrogoths had their moment. Goth girls brought black lipstick and enormous boots. The GOFFS brought the party. And according to the Goffs, they are also the greatest dancers in the galaxy. ORKTOBER combines frantic accordion, bouncing tuba, stomping drums, Alpine-style yodeling, deep Orkish vocals and the rowdy communal energy of an Oktoberfest beer hall. It is part Bavarian polka. Part drinking song. Part oompah chaos. And entirely too loud. If you enjoy Oktoberfest music, Bavarian folk music, German drinking songs, beer-hall music, polka, oompah, yodeling, novelty songs, ridiculous party music or songs that sound like an entire table has decided to sing at once, pull up a bench. The Warhammer part is simple: These are Goffs. Goffs believe bigger is better, louder is better, fighting is better, and anything worth doing is worth doing with considerably more stomping. Oktoberfest therefore presents very few philosophical difficulties. Prost! Zum Wohl! From Solar Void's ORKTOBER and OOMPA STOMPA comes another completely unreasonable Bavarian musical experience. Suitable for Oktoberfest playlists, beer-hall playlists, parties, miniature painting, kitbashing, tabletop gaming, Ork armies, model building and any occasion requiring accordion, tuba and questionable judgment. #Oktoberfest #Orktober #Warhammer40K Fan-made Warhammer 40K inspired music.
