Timur Khizriev vs Gabriel Braga | DAGESTAN MMA MONSTER Survives BRUTAL REMATCH To Stay UNDEFEATED

🥊 Fight: Timur Khizriev vs Gabriel Braga II 📅 Date: October 16, 2026 📍 Venue: Wintrust Arena, Chicago, Illinois, USA 🏆 Bout: PFL Featherweight (145 lbs) Co-Main Event ONE PERFECT RECORD. ONE UNFINISHED RIVALRY. ONE BRUTAL REMATCH. The undefeated Dagestani MMA MONSTER Timur Khizriev returned to the PFL cage with far more than another victory on his mind. Standing across from him was Gabriel Braga — the dangerous Brazilian striker who had already pushed him to one of the closest decisions of his professional career. Their story began in the 2024 PFL Featherweight Playoffs. With a place in the championship final on the line, Khizriev and Braga fought through three fiercely contested rounds before a split decision sent the Dagestani forward. Khizriev went on to defeat Brendan Loughnane and capture the PFL Featherweight World Championship. For Braga, the narrow defeat left unfinished business that could only be settled inside the cage. But Khizriev's road back was anything but ordinary. After becoming a champion, the unbeaten fighter was sidelined by injuries and a long recovery following a violent attack. The momentum of his career was interrupted, and the questions began to grow: Would the relentless pressure still be there? Could the wrestling specialist return after such a long absence and compete at the same level? Braga had no intention of giving him an easy answer. Fighting out of Brazil, Braga brought the precision and danger of his Muay Thai background, sharp combinations, and the determination of a former PFL finalist. He knew Khizriev's timing, had felt his pressure, and believed their first meeting had left something unresolved. This wasn't simply another fight on the schedule. It was a chance to change the story. At PFL Chicago, two elite featherweights entered the cage with different weapons and the same refusal to give ground. Khizriev's trademark Dagestani wrestling, relentless forward pressure, and ability to dictate where a fight takes place faced Braga's striking, movement, and determination to keep the battle in his world. Every takedown attempt mattered. Every clean exchange mattered. And with so much history between them, there was no room for complacency. This was not a contest defined by a single spectacular knockout. It was fifteen minutes of high-stakes MMA, where every round could change the fate of an undefeated record and the future of the featherweight division. Would Khizriev's perfect run survive another brutal test? Or could Braga finally prove that he had the answers to the Dagestani's puzzle?
