Terrifying Situation In The Middle Of a Parachute Flight🤯

What started as a peaceful paragliding flight over the Austrian Alps suddenly turned into a terrifying fight for survival. On May 23, 2026, a 44-year-old experienced paraglider named Sabrina was flying near Piesendorf, Austria, when she heard the sound of an aircraft approaching. Moments later, a small sightseeing plane collided with her paraglider in mid-air, with its propeller tearing through the canopy and sending her spiraling toward the ground. The terrifying moment was captured on her own camera. With her main glider destroyed, Sabrina had only seconds to react. Despite the chaos, she managed to deploy her reserve parachute, slowing her fall and giving her a chance to survive. She then prepared herself for the emergency landing while pieces of her damaged paraglider remained tangled around her. Incredibly, Sabrina landed safely near the Pinzgauer Hütte area and escaped the accident with only bruises and minor injuries. She was later picked up by a police helicopter, while the 28-year-old pilot of the plane was also able to land safely despite pieces of the paraglider becoming caught on the aircraft. The incident was even more remarkable because it happened on Sabrina's 44th birthday. After surviving, she described May 23 as essentially a second birthday — an appropriate description for a day when a split-second reaction with her reserve parachute may have saved her life. 😳
