I Turned Windows 7 Into macOS!

I Turned Windows 7 Into macOS! Can you really turn Windows 7 into macOS in 2026? Today, I'm giving the legendary Windows 7 a complete makeover, transforming its classic Aero desktop into a beautiful macOS-inspired interface using Rainmeter, Windhawk, and RocketDock! But turning Windows 7 into macOS isn't as easy as it sounds. First, I had to deal with multiple failed Windows 7 installations before finally getting Windows 7 Ultimate running on my old Dell OptiPlex 7020 with a fourth-gen Intel Core i5 and 8GB of RAM. Once Windows 7 was up and running, the real fun began! I experimented with Windhawk mods, macOS Genie animations, modern icon packs, and Rainmeter skins to see just how far Windows 7 customization could go. From macOS Big Sur and Windows 11-inspired designs to a futuristic Windows 13 concept and even Minecraft-style icons, this old operating system got some seriously crazy makeovers! To finish things off, I used RocketDock, custom macOS icons, and a classic Big Sur wallpaper to give Windows 7 an almost Mac-like desktop. Some mods worked surprisingly well, while others were buggy, broken, or just plain hilarious. So, can Windows 7 really look like macOS without installing macOS? And is Windows 7 customization still worth trying in 2026? Watch the full transformation and see for yourself!
