Africa's leaders have betrayed the continent - says one of them, Uganda's M7. He brands the currently dominant system whereby African governments export their resources raw 'Satanic' - a 'treasonous betrayal' that's denied us prosperity. He says that's why he's now banned raw exports. But has he, in his 40 years at the helm of his country, done enough for the prosperity of Ugandans? Or is it too little too late?
