Judith Chapter 11 | Judith Faces Holofernes | Bible Stories Media Network Judith Chapter 11 brings Judith face-to-face with Holofernes—the commander leading the Assyrian campaign against Israel. After entering the enemy camp, Judith is brought before Holofernes. He is impressed by her beauty and listens carefully as she explains why she has come. Judith tells him that she has left Bethulia and come to him because she believes the Israelites are doomed. She speaks of the Israelites' relationship with God and explains that their fate depends upon their obedience. Holofernes is convinced that Judith can help him. He promises to protect her and declares that when she fulfills what she has told him, he will have power over the people of Israel. But Judith has not entered the Assyrian camp to betray her people. She is preparing to deceive the very man who intends to destroy them. Holofernes believes Judith has come to help him conquer Israel. He has no idea that she is preparing to become the instrument through which his campaign will collapse. The enemy commander has welcomed his greatest threat into his own camp. 📖 Judith Chapter 11 THE BIBLE STORIES MEDIA NETWORK @enjoybiblestories #Judith11 #Judith #BookOfJudith #JudithBibleStory #JudithAndHolofernes #Holofernes #BibleStories #BibleShorts #BibleStudy #BibleExplained #AssyrianArmy #Bethulia #DeuterocanonicalBooks #CatholicBible #BiblicalHistory #Christian #Scripture #Faith #Courage #EnjoyBibleStories Judith Chapter 11, Judith 11 explained, Judith chapter 11 Bible story, Book of Judith, Book of Judith explained, Judith Bible story, Judith Bible Shorts, Judith and Holofernes, Judith faces Holofernes, Judith meets Holofernes, Holofernes and Judith, Holofernes Bible story, Judith enters enemy camp, Judith's deception, Judith's mission, Judith saves Israel, Bethulia, Assyrian army, Holofernes commander, Holofernes plan, Judith Bible study, Deuterocanonical books, Deuterocanonical Bible, Catholic Bible stories, biblical history, Old Testament Bible stories, Bible stories, Bible Shorts, Christian Bible stories, Scripture, women of the Bible, faith and courage, THE BIBLE STORIES MEDIA NETWORK, Enjoy Bible Stories
