The Most Famous Person From Every Wisconsin County

Everybody knows where these people were born. The question this video asks is where they were actually raised, because the two are almost never the same place. So we drove all seventy two Wisconsin counties, corner to corner, to find the one person each county truly raised, and the rule takes names you would swear were Wisconsin's and hands them to the state next door. We go from the northwest lake country through the north woods, down the Lake Michigan shore, across the south, up the western river counties and into the center. Green Bay and the man who founded the Packers. Milwaukee and its movie stars, a prime minister, and the guitar that changed music. Appleton and the greatest magician who ever lived. The dinosaur-egg hunter out of Beloit. The astronaut off a Sparta dairy farm. The girl who survived rabies in Fond du Lac. And two of the emptiest counties on the whole map turn out to hold two of the biggest names in American history, both saved for the end. One name per county, one detail you probably never knew, the rule applied straight down the line. Tell me which one I got wrong, because I already know you're going to.
