Today's Catholic Mass Readings — Thursday, October 15, 2026 | Gospel Reflection

Daily Mass Readings and Gospel Reflection for Thursday, October 15, 2026 | Memorial of Saint Teresa of Jesus, Virgin and Doctor of the Church. In today’s Gospel, Jesus warns against honoring the prophets of the past while rejecting the voice of God in the present. He also rebukes those who have taken away the key of knowledge, neither entering themselves nor helping others enter. This reflection invites us to examine whether our religious knowledge, teaching, and witness truly open the way to Christ. In the light of Saint Paul’s praise of God’s saving plan in Ephesians, and through the witness of Saint Teresa of Jesus, we are called to seek true knowledge of God through prayer, humility, conversion, the Word, the Eucharist, and a life that helps others draw nearer to Christ. ► Full Gospel listening: https://youtu.be/sLweLH9WaLk ► Timestamps: 00:00 Preface 00:22 First Reading 01:53 Gospel Reading 03:07 Gospel Reflection 17:34 Prayer 18:47 Closing Message 🕊️ May the Word of God guide your steps today.
