Description

📕 Get The Lunch Lady's Home Cleaning Handbook, every method in this video written down with the amounts, in the order you would really do them: https://doriscleans.com Tens of thousands of people go through a Disney park on an ordinary Tuesday, and by evening you would hardly know anybody had been there. That is not luck and it is not an army with mops. It is a set of decisions about where things stand. I ran a school kitchen for thirty-five years. Different building, same arithmetic, and an inspector twice a year. Here is the short version. Everybody knows the Disney story about a trash can every thirty feet. I went looking for where that number came from and every trail ran into another article quoting an article. So I will give you the one I worked under instead. The Ohio food service rules say a receptacle is to be provided in each area of the food service operation where refuse is generated or commonly discarded. Not where there is room for a can. Not where a can looks tidy. Where the trash gets made. Nine things in this video, and almost none of them are cleaning. They are about where a thing stands and whose name is on it. And the first one on the list I got wrong out loud, in front of two people, and it took me until Friday to find out how wrong. I am Mrs. Doris. Thirty-five years behind a school lunch line in Scioto County, Ohio. ⚠️ TWO THINGS I SAY IN HERE THAT ARE NOT OPTIONAL - If you put a cloth in every bathroom, the bottle does not go with it. Bottles go up high or behind a latch, and if a grandchild is ever in that house they go in a closed cabinet and it stays shut. - Extra cans around the house get lids and they go out the same night the kitchen one does, or you have just built yourself six new places for something to sit and get ripe. A NOTE ON THE RULES I QUOTE They are written for a commercial kitchen, not for your house. Nothing in the food code governs your kitchen and no inspector is coming to yours. I use them because somebody had to work the problem out with an inspector standing there, and the thinking transfers even though the law does not. SOURCES I USED - Ohio Administrative Code 3717-1-05.4, refuse receptacles and removal frequency - Ohio Administrative Code 3717-1-05.1, handwashing sink location and use That sentence you have been saying for years to somebody you live with. Was it ever really about them, or was it about where something stands? Tell me below. #cleaningtips #homeorganization #declutter #oldschoolcleaning
