Description

📕 Get The Lunch Lady's Home Cleaning Handbook, every method in this video written down with the amounts, in the order you would really do them: https://doriscleans.com How to deep clean your entire house in one day, and actually finish. This isn't another cleaning routine with a list of surfaces to wipe. It's the nine decisions you make on one sheet of paper before you pick up a cloth, because that's where a day like this is won or lost. Five of us turned over a whole school building in one day every August, and on Monday the children came back. There was no "finish it tomorrow." Everything rode on the plan. Number eight isn't about cleaning at all, and it decides more of your day than the other eight put together. THE NINE DECISIONS 1. Write down what isn't happening today, with a date next to each one 2. Count how many things can soak at once (one sink, one tub, one bucket) 3. Make every sink of hot water do two jobs 4. Pick a staging room, and it can't be the kitchen 5. Split the two-handed jobs from the one-handed jobs 6. Decide which room goes last, and put the worst one second 7. Start early on the jobs with somebody else's clock on them 8. Decide when you're eating, before you start 9. Write down what "finished" looks like Nothing on this list costs a dime. It's a pencil, a piece of paper and about four minutes, and it gives you back an hour and a half before lunch. I'm Mrs. Doris. For thirty-five years I kept a school kitchen in Scioto County, Ohio clean enough to feed four hundred children a day. I tell you what works, where it stops, and when the common advice has it backwards. TONIGHT, ONE SHEET OF PAPER • Before the day you're planning, sit down with a piece of paper. • Write down three things that are NOT happening that day. • Windows are a good one. The insides of the kitchen cabinets are another. • Leave the paper on the counter where you'll walk past it at two thirty. • That's the whole homework. #deepcleaning #cleaningroutine #cleaningtips
