Today's readings remind us that our hope and future are secure in God's hands through Christ and the Holy Spirit. The psalm calls us to trust the faithfulness of God's Word, while Jesus teaches us not to be controlled by fear, hypocrisy, or the opinions of others. Because God knows us completely and cares for us deeply, we can choose faith, courage, and trust even when life is uncertain. === Friday, October 16, 2026 - The Divine Guidance: What Are We Afraid Of? Reflection: What fear do we need to place completely in God's hands today? Prayer: Loving Father, thank You for knowing us, loving us, and holding our lives in Your hands. Free us from fears that keep us from trusting You and give us courage to live faithfully even when we are uncertain or misunderstood. Help us remember that we belong to You and that Your Spirit remains with us. May our lives reflect Your peace, truth, and love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen. === Disclaimer: This video contains original reflections and commentary on the Catholic daily readings, produced by The Word Today TV.
