Today's Catholic Mass Readings — Sunday, October 11, 2026 | Gospel Reflection

Daily Mass Readings and Gospel Reflection for Sunday, October 11, 2026 | Twenty-Eighth Sunday in Ordinary Time. In today’s Gospel, Jesus tells the parable of the wedding feast, revealing the generosity of God who invites humanity into the joy of His Kingdom. This reflection invites us to hear the call of the Father, who prepares a banquet for His Son and gathers all people into mercy, communion, and life. Yet the parable also warns us not to take grace lightly. The wedding garment reminds us that God’s invitation is free, but it must transform us through faith, repentance, charity, and new life in Christ. Every Mass is a foretaste of the eternal banquet, where God will wipe away every tear and Christ will be our joy forever. ► Full Gospel listening: https://youtu.be/jYZw-gn_lZ4 ► Timestamps: 00:00 Preface 00:23 First Reading 01:29 Second Reading 02:09 Gospel Reading 04:00 Gospel Reflection 16:29 Prayer 17:36 Closing 🕊️ May the Word of God guide your steps today.
