This juicy air fryer pork roast is packed with aromatic spices and finished with a delicious honey mustard glaze. Wrapped in parchment and foil, the pork becomes tender and flavorful, while the final baking creates a beautiful caramelized crust. Perfect for a family dinner or a special occasion! 🥩 Ingredients 🥩 1 kg (2.2 lbs) pork neck 🧂 Salt 🌶️ Ground black pepper 🧄 15 g (0.5 oz) dried garlic 🌿 10 g (0.35 oz) oregano 🌶️ 8 g (0.3 oz) smoked paprika 🥩 10 g (0.35 oz) grilled meat seasoning 🌿 10 g (0.35 oz) ground coriander 🥩 5 g (0.2 oz) meat spice mix 🫒 Olive oil 🍯 For the Glaze 🍅 50 g (1.8 oz) ketchup 🥢 1 tablespoon soy sauce 🥄 10 g (0.4 oz) mustard 🍯 1 tablespoon liquid honey 🌾 2 teaspoons whole grain mustard 🥄 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 👨‍🍳 Recipe Prepare a large sheet of aluminum foil. Moisten a sheet of parchment paper with water, squeeze out the excess moisture and place it over the foil. Take 1 kg (2.2 lbs) of pork neck and season generously with salt and ground black pepper. Rub the seasonings into the meat on both sides. Add 15 g dried garlic, 10 g oregano, 8 g smoked paprika, 10 g grilled meat seasoning, 10 g ground coriander and 5 g meat spice mix. Rub all the spices thoroughly into the pork, making sure every side is evenly coated. Drizzle with olive oil and massage the seasonings into the meat once more. Wrap the pork tightly in parchment paper, then wrap it securely in aluminum foil. Press the edges firmly to seal. Place the wrapped meat in the air fryer basket. Cook for 1 hour at 190°C / 375°F. While the pork is cooking, prepare the glaze. In a bowl, combine 50 g ketchup, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 10 g mustard, 1 tablespoon liquid honey, 2 teaspoons whole grain mustard and 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. Mix everything until smooth. After the first baking stage, carefully remove the pork from the foil and parchment paper. Place a fresh sheet of parchment paper in the air fryer basket and transfer the meat onto it. Brush the pork generously with the prepared glaze on both sides. Return to the air fryer and cook for another 15 minutes at 180°C / 350°F, until the outside develops a beautiful caramelized crust. Transfer the finished pork to a cutting board and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Cut into portions and serve warm. Enjoy the juicy, tender pork with its rich, flavorful glaze!
