Description

📕 Get the full cookbook - The Lunch Lady's $3,600-a-Year Grocery Cut (175 recipes & tricks, scaled for 1, 2 or a family): www.dorislunchlady.com/ There was an index card taped to the side of every oven in my school kitchen. Two lines in black marker. That card is why I cook almost anything in an air fryer without a recipe, and it is number one in this video. Every piece of air fryer advice you have heard is one idea in different clothes. That machine runs two clocks at once. One cooks the inside. The other dries the outside. When supper comes out wrong, one clock ran out first. Twelve foods, and for each one, which clock runs fast and how you slow it down: french fries from a real potato, bacon without the smoke, broccoli and every vegetable after it, fish sticks and nuggets from the freezer, grilled cheese, chicken wings with skin that crackles, salmon, hamburgers that come out flat, bone-in chicken thighs, hard-cooked eggs with no water, a baked potato without the foil, and the card on the side of the oven that turns every recipe you own into an air fryer recipe. I am Mrs. Doris. A school kitchen in Scioto County, Ohio, on a dollar and five cents a tray. Every time and temperature in this video is a starting point. Machines run hot and cold, so check early the first time. Chicken is done at 165 degrees, ground beef at 160, fish at 145. What is one food your air fryer still gets wrong? Tell me below and I will tell you which clock is running fast. #airfryer #airfryertips #over60 #cookingtips #mrsdoris
