A Prince in Disguise | Dark Fantasy Series (Part 145)

Two men. 🖤 One very bold little lamb. And a wolf who's finally losing his patience. Yannis has always enjoyed teasing Alaric. Watching him struggle to find the right words. Seeing that adorable, flustered expression whenever Yannis gets a little too close. And for the longest time... Alaric was perfectly content to let him. Or at least... that's what Yannis thought. Because something has changed. Perhaps it's the freedom of being far away from the royal court. Perhaps it's the feeling of being safe in Yannis' arms. Or perhaps... Alaric is simply discovering that he enjoys making his lover blush just as much as Yannis enjoys teasing him. And beneath that little waterfall, hidden deep in the forest... he finally decides to test that theory. Yannis has already allowed his shy little lamb to take the lead. Something he probably never expected to do. And Alaric? Well... he seems to be enjoying his newfound confidence rather a lot. He kisses the back of Yannis' neck. Wraps his arms around him. And moves a little closer. Until suddenly... "Alaric! Ah—!" Yannis turns around. Completely caught off guard. And perhaps a little offended that his sweet, innocent prince has managed to surprise him quite so thoroughly. "I've been holding back so patiently... and YOU?!" Alaric just smiles. That sweet, mischievous little grin. The one that makes it very difficult to believe he's entirely innocent anymore. And Yannis? He knows exactly what that smile means. His eyes narrow. A dangerous little smirk appears. "Oh, you're in trouble now!" Alaric bursts into laughter. And runs. Well... splashes. Which is probably not the most effective escape strategy when the man chasing you is Yannis. Especially when he's smiling like that. A moment later, they're on the grass beside the waterfall. Yannis has caught his mischievous prince. And Alaric is laughing beneath him, looking entirely too delighted with the situation. Because perhaps... getting caught was never something he was particularly worried about. And when Yannis leans down to kiss him... it becomes rather obvious that neither of them is complaining. 😏 This is just a small moment from The Firelords Saga — where a shy prince is slowly discovering his confidence, and the man who taught him how to be bold is beginning to realise he may have created a little trouble for himself. 🔥🖤 If you love slow burn romance, emotional tension, fantasy storytelling, and Boys Love (BL) dynamics — this is for you. 💛 New here?
