Wild Dogs Raided a Hyena Den, Then the Clan Came Home

Wild Dogs Raided a Hyena Den, Then the Clan Came Home link video : https://youtu.be/HT9O4Db7aZE A pack of more than twenty African wild dogs finds a spotted hyena den in an old termite mound, with only a few hyenas home to guard the cubs. Wild dogs and hyenas are old rivals - hyenas steal a big share of the dogs' kills - and today the dogs have the numbers. They don't fight head-on. They nip from behind and dart away, so every time a hyena turns on one dog, two more bite at its heels. The hyenas back into the den holes where nothing can get behind them, and they call. A hyena's whoop carries for miles, and when the rest of the clan arrives, the numbers even out, and in an even fight, size wins. 00:00 A hyena den 00:20 Old rivals 01:00 Only a few at home 01:20 Nip from behind 02:50 Backing into the holes 04:00 The whoop 04:30 The clan arrives 05:10 Even numbers 06:00 Why the pack can't risk it 07:00 The choice 07:50 Not worth losing a single dog 08:20 Cubs at the den 08:40 A draw #wilddogs #hyena #wildlife #naturedocumentary #animals ⚠️ DISCLAIMER This video is created for educational, documentary, and storytelling purposes.
