Green onion 60g
Egg 1
Rice some
Cheap vinegar some
[Sauce]
Japanese soy sauce 1/2tbsp (7.5ml)

Rice vinegar 1tsp (5ml)
Garlic 1/4tsp (2g)

----------
🐣Tips about poached eggs🐣
1: Use generous amount of vinegar.
2: Keep the water light simmering. Not boiling hard.
3: Don't crack the egg directly into the water. Transfer to a bowl, then slide gently into water.
4: Use fresh egg. The older the eggs, the harder to keep its shape.
5: Don't touch it during cooking. If you wanna move it, use spoon to make water currents.
6: If you don't want the vinegar flavour remain on the egg, set up plain warm water next to the pot, and rinse the egg after poaching.
