I Lost 50 Pounds on Zepbound — So I Went to Goodwill

Losing 50 pounds on Zepbound at 72 has changed a lot of things, including the size of my clothes! So many things in my closet simply don't fit anymore, but I'm also not finished with my weight-loss journey. I really didn't want to spend a lot of money replacing my wardrobe when the clothes I buy today may not fit me a few months from now. So I decided to do something practical, and fun. I went to Goodwill! Come along with me while I do a little Goodwill shopping, and then we'll head back home so I can show you what I found, what I paid, and how I did. I was actually pretty surprised by some of my finds! This is one of those parts of losing a significant amount of weight that we don't always think about when we start. We're excited when our clothes become too big, but eventually we have to figure out what we're going to wear while our bodies are still changing.
