Description
After losing 50 pounds on a GLP-1 at 72, I’ve learned quite a few things about weight loss, including some mistakes I didn’t even realize I was making.
In today’s video, I’m sharing 7 of my mistakes that I made in the last 8 months on Zepbound. mistakes, from not eating enough and not getting enough protein, to protecting muscle, dealing with constipation, understanding hunger, increasing my dose, and eventually hitting a weight-loss plateau.
One of the biggest things I’ve learned on my Zepbound weight-loss journey is that the medication can be an incredible tool, but I still have to participate in my own health. When my weight loss stalled after 50 pounds, I finally realized that some of the habits that helped me lose the weight in the first place had quietly started slipping away.
If you’re taking Zepbound (tirzepatide), another GLP-1 medication, or you’re trying to lose weight after 60 or 70, I hope sharing my experience helps make your journey a little easier.
