Have you ever had your phone suddenly show you a photo from years ago, from a season you were not sure you would survive? You stare at it and realize that pain is finally behind you. That is how God wants you to look back at your life today: not with regret, but with a heart that says, "Lord, You brought me through." This morning devotional walks through three truths. First, that thanksgiving starts with remembering, the way Samuel raised a stone called Ebenezer so Israel would never forget the day God helped them (Psalm 103:2, 1 Samuel 7, Psalm 77:11). Second, that real thanksgiving rises before the answer comes, the way Jonah gave thanks from inside the fish before the fish ever opened its mouth (Philippians 4:6, Jonah 2, 1 Thessalonians 5:18). And third, the hidden blessing most of us have never thanked God for: the rescues we never even saw, like the plot against the king that Mordecai exposed and everyone forgot until a sleepless night brought the record back out (Esther 2, Esther 6, Psalm 121:7-8, Psalm 68:19). Stay to the end for a blessed prayer over your remembrance, your family, your finances, your healing and your breakthrough, in the mighty name of Jesus. ⏱️ CHAPTERS 0:00 Before You Ask for One More Thing, Remember What God Has Already Done 0:17 The Old Photo That Says "Lord, You Brought Me Through" 1:01 The Lord Has Done Great Things for Us, and We Are Glad (Psalm 126:3) 1:46 The Hidden Blessing Most of Us Have Never Thanked God For 2:22 Thanksgiving Starts With Remembering (Psalm 103:2) 3:19 Samuel Raises the Stone of Help — What Is Your Ebenezer?
