1 Hour of the Most Disturbing Encounter In The Wilderness

1 Hour of the Most Disturbing Encounter In The Wilderness Over an hour of true scary stories submitted to Obscure Nights by the people they happened to. Park rangers, solo hikers, campers, hunters and search and rescue volunteers who went into the backcountry expecting nothing unusual — a routine patrol, a weekend hike, a quiet night at a campsite — and found something they still can't explain. Some of them were followed. Some found places that shouldn't have existed. And some worked out that the danger wasn't what they saw, but what was still there after they left. These aren't confirmed cases or official investigations. They're submitted accounts, retold the way they were sent in, and credited to the people who sent them. Perfect for a long night in. If you live for scary camping stories, park ranger horror stories, Appalachian horror, camping horror stories and true scary stories from national forests across the US — you're home. Every episode is independently researched, scripted and produced. 🔔 SUBSCRIBE — we're going for 10,000 before the end of the month. This is Obscure Nights, where the cases nobody talks about get told the way they actually happened. 👍 LIKE if you made it to the end 💬 COMMENT — which account got under your skin the most?
