Description

Make a simple homemade loaf completely in the air fryer. This bread uses basic ingredients and turns out fragrant with a crisp golden crust and soft dough inside. Ingredients 💧 200 ml (6.8 fl oz) warm water 🍬 30 g (1.1 oz) sugar 🍞 4 g (0.14 oz) dry yeast 🧂 5 g (0.18 oz) salt 🌻 30 ml (1 fl oz) sunflower oil 🌾 320 g (11.3 oz) flour 🫒 Oil for greasing 🌾 Extra flour for dusting Recipe Pour 200 ml warm water into a deep bowl. Add 30 g sugar, 4 g dry yeast and 5 g salt and mix well. Pour in 30 ml sunflower oil and mix again. Gradually add 320 g sifted flour, mixing as you go. Once the mixture becomes thicker, switch to a silicone spatula and then knead the dough by hand. Shape the dough into a ball, return it to the bowl, cover with plastic wrap and leave it to rise for 2 hours. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and lightly grease it with oil. Transfer the risen dough onto a floured surface. Knead it lightly, fold it twice and shape it into a smooth ball. Place the dough into the air fryer basket. Cover with foil or plastic wrap and leave it to rise again for 30 minutes. Dust the top with a little flour and make several cuts with a blade. Bake in the air fryer for 35–40 minutes at 160°C / 320°F. Remove the finished bread and let it cool slightly before slicing. The crust should be crisp and golden, while the bread inside stays soft and fragrant.
