Description

This air fryer potato pizza is made without traditional pizza dough. The base is made from mashed potatoes, eggs, mozzarella and flour, then topped with salami, tomatoes and plenty of melted cheese. Ingredients 🥔 250 g (8.8 oz) potatoes 🥚 4 eggs 🧀 100 g (3.5 oz) grated mozzarella 🌿 10 g (0.35 oz) dill and parsley 🌾 1 cup flour 🍅 Ketchup 🥩 Salami 🧀 Mozzarella balls 🍅 Cherry tomatoes 🧀 Mozzarella cheese for baking 🧂 Salt 🌶️ Black pepper 🫒 Oil Recipe Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and lightly grease it with oil. Dice 250 g (8.8 oz) potatoes, place them in a pot, add salt and water, and boil until soft. Crack 4 eggs into a bowl and whisk until smooth. Drain the cooked potatoes and transfer them to a deep bowl. Season with salt and black pepper, then mash into a smooth puree. Add 100 g (3.5 oz) grated mozzarella, finely chopped dill and parsley, and mix well. Pour in the beaten eggs and stir until combined. Add 1 cup of flour and mix until you get a semi-liquid potato batter. Spread the mixture evenly over the parchment paper in the air fryer basket. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C / 350°F. After the potato base has baked, spread ketchup over the surface. Add thin slices of salami. Cut the mozzarella balls in half and arrange them on top. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and place them between the mozzarella. Sprinkle generously with mozzarella cheese for baking. Return to the air fryer and bake for another 15 minutes at 180°C / 350°F. Cut into portions and serve warm. The potato base stays soft and juicy inside, while the cheese on top becomes beautifully melted and golden.
