Living on 10 acres sounds peaceful — and it is. But keeping up with it in our 50s takes a lot more work than most people realize! In this video, we’re taking you along for a real day on our property and showing you how the two of us manage 10 acres — from mowing and tractor work to the garden, animals, fencing, maintenance, and all the little jobs that never seem to end. We certainly don’t do everything perfectly, and we’ve learned that working smarter is a whole lot more important than trying to do everything ourselves. But even with the work, expense, and never-ending list of projects, we wouldn’t trade this lifestyle for much of anything.
