Plant These NOW for a Fall Harvest

It’s NOT Too Late to Plant These Fall Crops. Our summer garden is finally paying off. The tomatoes are coming in, Diane has already started canning, and the pumpkins she planted just a few weeks ago are growing like crazy. But the garden season is far from over. In this video, we’re sharing what’s growing now, what we’re preserving from the summer harvest, and why there is still time to plant several cool-season crops for fall. We’ll also show how quickly our late-planted pumpkins have taken off, why we planted them for the grandkids, and some of the vegetables you can still get into the ground before cooler weather arrives. If you’re thinking your garden season is already finished, you may be surprised at how much growing time is still left. Thanks for spending some time with us here at Field & Fence, where we share the real work, rewards, projects, animals, gardens, and everyday life that come with living in the country. #FallGarden #FallCrops #VegetableGardening #CountryLiving #GardenHarvest #Canning #FieldAndFence
