Adam Schiff's Visit to Canada Has Some Canadians Asking Why He's Really Here

California Senator Adam Schiff recently visited Canada, and after reading some of the Canadian responses to his visit, I think he might have underestimated just how much the Canada US relationship has changed. Schiff started his trip in Alberta, where he met with Premier Danielle Smith and talked about the impact of Trump's tariffs and the Canadian boycott of American products, including California wine. Now, with Alberta's referendum coming up, I have a few questions about the timing and the optics of that visit. But what really caught my attention was his suggestion that Canadians are also hurting because American wine is no longer being sold in many of our liquor stores. Really? Because the last time I checked, we still had plenty of wine from Canada and the rest of the world. In today's video, I'm reading some of the rather angry Canadian comments responding to Adam Schiff's visit, including people who aren't particularly interested in relaxing their boycott just because an American politician says it's hurting businesses in California.
