California 1979 Cold Case EXPOSED by the Man Who Found Her

On a February morning in 1979, a man called the Riverside County sheriff's station to report a body in the snow off a mountain highway in California. Deputies found a 17-year-old girl who had been sexually assaulted and beaten to death. Five days later investigators tracked down the caller, questioned him, gave him a polygraph, and sent him home. He passed. That notation sat next to his name in the file for the next 45 years while he moved to Florida and died there in 2014.
