Her husband was stabbed to death in the street months ago, the police have written the case off, and she is raising two small children alone, including a little boy who has not spoken a single word since he watched his father die. She spends her days grieving, scraping by, and trying to keep what is left of her family safe. Then a small-time criminal forces his way into her home and decides her flat is the perfect place to hide a stash of stolen drugs. Suddenly Sarah and her children are trapped between ruthless dealers and the dangerous men hunting them, and every day the threat closes in a little tighter. The men who invade her life see a fragile, helpless widow they can use and throw away. They could not be more wrong. When her children's lives are put on the line, something inside Sarah breaks, and the grieving mother makes a choice she can never take back. Pushed past the edge of everything she thought she was, she does something brutal, and once she crosses that line, there is no turning back. In a raw, gripping thriller about grief, survival, and a mother's fury, the quiet woman everyone underestimated proves that the most dangerous person in the room is the one with nothing left to lose. ___________________________________________________________________________ Hey!
