Description

Today we're making crispy and juicy mini pizzas in the air fryer using a simple ice cube tray trick. Two easy fillings, puff pastry, and just 15 minutes in the air fryer! Ingredients 🥐 Puff pastry 🌭 Sausage 🍅 Ketchup 🧀 Processed cheese slices 🥩 Salami 🧀 Mozzarella balls 🥚 1 egg 🌾 Sesame seeds Recipe Place a sheet of puff pastry over an ice cube tray and gently press the dough into the slots with your fingers. For the first filling, place a piece of sausage into each slot, add a small drop of ketchup, and top with processed cheese. Cover with another sheet of puff pastry. Roll over the top with a rolling pin to seal the dough and remove the excess around the edges. Carefully transfer it onto parchment paper. For the second filling, place another sheet of puff pastry over the tray and make the indentations again. Add salami to each slot and place one mozzarella ball into each cell. Cover with another piece of puff pastry, roll over the top, remove the excess dough, and transfer to parchment paper. Beat 1 egg with a fork and brush it over the top of the pastry. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Transfer everything to the air fryer basket and bake at 180°C / 350°F for 15 minutes. Cut into portions and serve. The puff pastry turns crispy on the outside while the filling stays juicy and cheesy inside.
