Description

Most people think there is one covenant in the Bible, maybe two. There are six, and not one of them was ever cancelled. This is the single thread that ties Genesis to Revelation. The Hebrew never says to "make" a covenant. It says karath berith, to CUT a covenant, because every one of them was sealed by blood and death. In this video we walk all six in order, and we track the one pattern almost nobody notices: every covenant leaves a physical sign, and those signs move steadily closer to you. We start with Abraham asleep in a field while God alone walks a path of blood between the split animals in Genesis fifteen. Then covenant by covenant: the Noahic covenant and the rainbow given to all flesh, the covenant with Abraham marked in the flesh, the Sinai covenant with blood thrown on the whole nation and the law carved in stone, the priestly covenant of salt that would not rot, the covenant with David and a throne promised for ever, and finally the New Covenant that Jeremiah predicted and Jesus cut at the Passover table. Six covenants, six signs: a bow, a mark in the flesh, two tables of stone, a pinch of salt, a throne, and a law written on the human heart. We also answer the strongest objection head on, that the New Covenant cancels the old ones, straight from Jeremiah thirty-one and Luke twenty-two. The whole Bible is one promise, cut deeper and carried closer every single time, until a rainbow hung in the sky becomes a law written inside your chest. KEY VERSE "I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts." - Jeremiah 31:33 Of these six covenants, which one did you never realize was still standing? Tell me below, and tell me why that one hit you. If this gave you one thread to hold the whole Bible together, hit LIKE, SUBSCRIBE and turn on the bell, and SHARE it with one person who thinks the Old and New Testaments have nothing to do with each other. God bless you.
